It started with the gift of an iPhone and was followed by a wake-up moment when both creativity and technology came together for photographer L.S. King. It was while photographing a Bradford Pear Tree in Park City, Tennessee, that she sudden;y found herself trying out several different photo editing programs on her iPhone. Suddenly the tree became less a traditional photograph and something more towards what her mind imagined. From there, things fell into place and she realized a sudden passion for postcards. Also being a letter writer, she began sending weekly postcards to her mother (read the backstory) and so the Tiny Picture Company began its evolution. Her vintage “beat-up-in-a-shoebox” look seemed perfect for postcards and notecards, as well as small edition fine-art prints.
